I recently purchased a Toyota van from Aaron at Elite RV in Christchurch. I saw the van on trade me and spoke to Aaron on the phone then visited him at his depot. The van looked perfect for what I needed and the fit out was very well designed. It has everything I need to get me out painting on location and I am very excited to own it. Aaron was great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble to sort out. One happy artist!
I initially contacted Aaron from Elite RV after seeing one of his finished vans for sale on Trademe. Speaking to him I was immediately impressed at how passionate he was about his product and sensed he was a straight up guy to deal with. After listening to my wish list for a van he made some suggestions and then helped me find a van to customize even though that isn’t his normal business model.
Aaron allowed me to make some minor modifications to the van specs and even arranged for a towbar to be fitted. As I live in Wellington and Aaron is based in Christchurch the build was all done on trust with some photos to show progress.
When I finally flew to pick up my camper Aaron picked me up at the airport and took me to his home base to give me a tour of the van fitout and features. I must say it was way beyond my expectations and the quality of workmanship was great.
To summarise Aaron is a great guy to deal with and will go the extra mile to help accommodate your needs. Give him a call and you will quickly understand why.
Blown away by Aaron and the operation. Irrespective of the product you’re buying. It’s made exceptional by the experience of buying itself. The interactions, the trust, the flexibility and the follow up. Very happy with the vehicle I bought and the interior build top notch, functional clean lines, smarts with that new build smell! Top product and top customer service.
